Cobré Village is a 64 unit multi-family community consisting of two and three bedroom apartments. Residents of this community can enjoy standard features with the units such as refrigerators, disposals, microwaves, dishwashers, and ranges with ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers/dryers and will have a private balcony or patio with lockable exterior storage. Four handicap accessible units will be available to serve disabled individuals and families as well as all ground floor units will be fully handicap adaptable. All ground floor units and community amenities will be located on accessible routes. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will include a 2,500 square foot community building consisting of an office, meeting/media room, kitchen, laundry facilities, a full maintenance room, exercise room, and an education/computer area.
