Summer Creek Place is an 80 unit senior community complex consisting of one and two bedroom apartments. Residents of this complex can enjoy standard features within the units such as refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, and ranges with conventional ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers and dryers. All 80 units will be handicap adaptable to serve disabled individuals. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will include a 2,500 square foot recreation building consisting of an office, maintenance room, bingo center, private gardens, laundry facilities, and a community/TV room. Concrete pads with tables, benches, and barbecues situated throughout the development and surrounded by plenty of open space will serve as an excellent setting for tenant gatherings.
