Vista Montana - Las Cruces, New Mexico

Vista Montana is an 80 unit multi-family community complex consisting of two, three, and four bedroom apartments. Residents of this complex can enjoy standard features within the units such as refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with conventional ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers and dryers as well as private patios or balconies with exterior storage. Four handicap accessible units will serve disabled individuals and families. Two units will also be designed and constructed specifically for individuals with sensory impairments. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will also include a 2,500 square foot recreation building consisting of an office, kitchen, meeting and activity room, dining room, laundry facilities, maintenance room, exercise room, and an education/computer room with internet access. Additionally, the development will include a large playground area with equipment, swimming pool, hot tub, and concrete pads with tables, benches, and barbecues situated throughout the complex for family gatherings.
