The Village at Burlingame Groundbreaking

Burlingame, California — On Tuesday, October 22nd, 2019, The City of Burlingame and The Pacific Companies broke ground on a long awaited project aimed to combat the rising housing costs in the Bay Area.

This project has been on the City’s mind for quite some time and The Pacific Companies is honored to be the developer to bring this vision to life. This project could not happen without the support from the Mayor, the Planning Commission, and the City Council.

The Village at Burlingame will bring 132 homes to a vibrant and flourishing area of the city and will serve a need for affordable housing for individuals, families and senior citizens earning a broad range of income levels. Upon completion, this project will hold 102 1-bedroom homes, 3 studio homes, and 26 2-bedroom homes, almost half of which will be reserved for senior citizens.

This project will be located within walking distance to a variety of retail shops and eateries, as well the Burlingame Caltrain station. Along with residential homes, this project will also bring much needed parking to the area available to both residents and the surrounding retail stores.
