The Courtyards at Cypress Grove is a 96 unit multi-family community consisting of one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Residents of this community can enjoy standard features within the units such as refrigerators, dishwashers, disposals, microwaves, and ranges with conventional ovens. All units will include hook-ups for washers and dryers. Five handicap accessible units will serve disabled individuals and families. Two units will also be designed and constructed specifically for individuals with sensory impairments. For the benefit and welfare of its residence, the development will also include a 2,500 square foot recreation building consisting of an office, maintenance room, computer learning center with internet connections, laundry facilities, exercise room, and a community/TV room. Additionally, the development will include a large playground with equipment, swimming pool, and barbecue areas situated throughout the property for family gatherings. Also as part of the master plan for this area, a 1.99 acre park will be constructed adjacent to the proposed development’s eastern property line.
