Old Town Lofts

Old Town Lofts was originally conceived by co-developer Josh Evarts of Novembrewhisky Properties, LLC, who then partnered with TPC and the Meridian Development Corp. (MDC) to secure financing and ensure execution. Josh, a Meridian resident and local business owner, has long been a proponent of downtown revitalization and had worked with the MDC on various initiatives over the years.

The project merges classic architectural finishes and glazing with high-end interior finishes and modern amenities. One of the development goals was to prototype and inspire vertical growth that maintains the old ‘feel’ while creating new economic activity, opportunities, and experiences. 

The project includes 102 residential units across two four-story buildings. The 15,000 sq ft of street-level commercial space is being preferentially leased to tenants that will generate new foot traffic and night life that benefits both the building’s tenants and its neighbors.
