The Pacific Companies is made up of five operations that often work together as a whole. Starting with Pacific West Communities, our structure has grown into a full suite of operations. Because they’re all under one roof, each company can flex to help a community meet its specific goals in ways few developers can.
Pacific West Communities, our original operation since 1993, develops affordable, senior, and workforce housing across the West and beyond.
Pacific West Builders, a general contractor since 2003, brings owner-builder efficiencies, and builds over 70% of our projects—15 per year on average.
Pacific Partners Residential, focused on market-rate projects since 2013, diversifies our offering and completes projects in our secondary growth markets.
Pacific Commercial Properties, a commercial developer since 2016, covers a mix of projects such as charter schools, retail/office space, medical, and fitness facilities.
Pacific West Architecture, our in-house design firm since 2XXX, balances cost-effectiveness and aesthetics in planning, design, and construction oversight.
