Metro East Senior Park
Metro East Senior Park was jointly developed by TPC and partner, Jamboree Housing, and was the largest project ever undertaken by either. All 418 units are reserved for seniors aged 62+ earning less than 60% of area median income for Orange County.
The project is within the Metro East Mixed Use Overlay Zone, an area undergoing revitalization as a mix-use urban village with pedestrian systems that connect residents to work, shops, and community facilities. Metro East has excellent highway access and is well-served by the public transit from Orange County Transportation Authority.
On-site amenities include a ground-level parking garage, on-site leasing office, four courtyards and a roof deck, gym, computer room, among other gathering areas and facilities designed for seniors.
The project was made possible through the efforts of its entitlement partner, AMG & Associates, LLC, its general contractor, Sinanian Development, Inc., and support from the residents, staff, and administrators of the City of Santa Ana.
